Visa Centre Cambodia is operated by Asia Visa Centre (AVC). These terms govern your use of this website and our managed visa and migration services for Cambodia.

**Who we are.** We are a private migration agency, not a government body and not a branch of the General Department of Immigration or any other Cambodian authority. We provide migration guidance and manage the preparation and lodgement of visa applications on your behalf.

**No guaranteed outcomes.** Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant Cambodian government authority. We have no influence over the outcome of any application and make no guarantee of approval, of a specific processing time, or of any other result. Our role is to prepare and present your case as strongly and accurately as the facts allow.

**Fees.** Our service fee is separate from, and in addition to, any government fee payable to Cambodian authorities. Government fees are set by the relevant authority and may change without notice — we confirm current fees before you commit to an engagement. Our own service fee is agreed with you in advance.

**Your responsibilities.** You're responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Providing false or misleading information to us or to any government authority can result in application refusal or more serious consequences, and is entirely at your own risk — not something we can protect you from or are responsible for.

**Information on this site.** Visa requirements, fees and processes described on this site are guidance current as of the date stated, sourced from official government channels where possible. Requirements change — we recommend confirming current requirements with us before relying on any figure or process description here.

**Limitation of liability.** To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made by government authorities, changes in immigration law or policy, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

**Governing law.** These terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia.

**Changes to these terms.** We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page.
