Get in Touch

Phnom Penh office, or an online consultation — one case manager for your whole application, not a ticket queue.

By submitting you agree to be contacted about your enquiry. Your details are handled by qualified, industry-recognised visa specialists and used only to assess and progress your case.

HOW TO REACH US Submit an enquiry through this form, or ask for an online consultation. Tell us your nationality, your current status in Cambodia or where you are applying from, what you are trying to achieve, and your timeline. One case manager takes your file and stays with it. You will not be routed through a call centre. We are a private migration agency, not a government office, and the person who reads your enquiry is the person who works your case. PHNOM PENH OFFICE Our case managers are on the ground in Phnom Penh and deal with the General Department of Immigration in person rather than remotely from another country. If you are in Cambodia, an in-person meeting is available. If you are not, an online consultation covers the same ground. WHAT TO SEND FIRST A short description of your situation is enough to begin. Do not send passport scans, bank statements or other identity documents in a first message. Once we know which route applies, we will tell you exactly what is required and how to send it securely. DOCUMENTS ISSUED OUTSIDE CAMBODIA If your application depends on a foreign-issued certificate, say so early. Cambodia is not a party to the Apostille Convention, so a document from abroad needs consular legalisation rather than an apostille, and that chain runs through the issuing country first. It is the single most common reason a straightforward file takes longer than the applicant expected, and it is much cheaper to plan for than to discover. URGENT MATTERS Say so in the first line if your situation is time-critical. An overstay, a permit expiring shortly, a refused extension, or a sponsor or employer withdrawing are all matters we prioritise, and the earlier they reach us the more options remain open. General note: your file is handled by qualified migration specialists with a named case manager, not a ticket queue. Where a matter calls for court representation or a specialist legal opinion, we refer you to counsel qualified in that jurisdiction, and we will say so plainly rather than take work we are not the right people for. Requirements are confirmed against official sources at the time we act on your file, and we quote a clear fee before you commit. Immigration rules change; confirm current requirements with us before relying on them.
